Demo with new driver: Use custom fonts, shows bmps and
many primitives.
Note: QMP sold after 1 May 2013 have a newer version
of the Newhaven 2.4" LCD. At this moment, you can use the
above demo by simply replacing the
display driver with this version for the new ILI9340
controller. The demos below still require modification to
work with this new controller. |

Paint: Draw on the screen using a stylus
Use the buttons to change colors |
Slideshow: Show Windows bitmap files from uSD card
Two example images to be loaded onto your uSD card are
included |

WavPlayer: Plays .wav files from uSD card

Usage Notes:
VIN supply voltage should not exceed ~5 VDC.
When powered by USB, VIN is 5 VDC. |
Powering the Quickstart directly with a 9V battery would
exceed the backlight current limit and damage the display.
It is probably safe to use power from 4 AA or AAA cells
though as that is about 6 V but goes through a diode, which
would drop it a bit. |
